Dennis R. Peters, P.E., P.L.S.

Mr. Dennis Peters is the President and Principal Engineer of Peters Consultants Inc. specializing in Civil Engineering in land planning and land surveying. It is this role as Principal-in-Charge of Peters Consultants, Inc. that allows him to work on project oversight of private, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects, large-scale public works, and municipal assignments. Mr. Peters has been the design professional responsible for thousands of projects ranging in size from $500.00 to $38,000,000, successfully completing all projects on time, within budget, and without claims or lawsuits against Peters Consultants, Inc. or any clients.

 

Mr. Dennis Peters manages client concerns and oversees the staff, projects, schedules, and budgets for Peters Consultants, Inc. His experience as an Engineer and surveyor since 1976 is unsurpassed in the area. He has, throughout his career, handled everything from initial client contact to the preparation of final construction plans, including design and preparation of plans and specifications for private and public works projects, boundary line/ALTA land surveys, construction inspection, materials testing, FEMA acquisition and construction projects, design and preparation of stormwater management, soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, environmental site assessments, geo-technical assessments, and building inspections.

 

Mr. Dennis Peters is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Florida, registered professional land surveyor, registered sewage enforcement officer, registered hazmat and nuclear gauge operator, certified through PADEP for special permits, certified as a building codes official through PA Department of Labor & Industry, certified in most categories of ICC for residential, industrial and commercial buildings, is ADA certified, is a licensed private pilot, and a licensed professional unmanned aerial surveillance drone operator.

 

Mr. Dennis Peters has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, completed graduate work at Drexel University, and has taken continuing education courses and tests annually. Mr. Dennis Peters is a member of most Local, State and National Engineering and Land Surveying Societies.
