Blue Ridge Real Estate Company owns and leases investment properties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Company owns 30,000 acres of land located in Pocono Mountains. The entire lands are held as investment property. Income is derived from these lands through leases, selective timbering by others, condemnation, sales and other dispositions.

Peters Consultants has provided this developer with a variety of engineering, surveying, and land development services during the past 6 years. These include aerial, topographic, ALTA, boundary, GPS surveying services, environmental subdivision design, NPDES permits, sanitary/stormwater detention basins and the planned residential development (PRD) of 83 units at Laurel Woods.

Other investments owned and leased by Blue Ridge include Jack Frost Mountain and Big Boulder ski areas, a 225-site campground, a retail store leased to Wal-Mart and a shopping center. Jack Frost Mountain ski area consists of twenty-one slopes and trails, snowmobile course, snowtubing hill, and various chairlifts and buildings. The shopping center is located in Dresher, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and the Fern Ridge Campground is located at the intersection of Route 115 and Interstate 80 in Monroe County.
